  1. Information received indicates that the leadership and members of S.F.I., Kolkata District Committee have decided to hold Kolkata District Conference on 02.09.2010, 03.09.2010 and 04.09.2010 at Moulali Yuba Kendra, Kolkata over different issues. In this connection, the Open Session will be held at Moulali Crossing, Kolkata on 02.09.2010 from 13.00 hours onwards.

2. Information received indicates that the members and supporters of 12th July Committee consisting the Metro Railway Mens Union, Bharatiya Khadya Nigam Karmachari Sangha and General Insurance Employees Union have decided to hold a street corner meeting at the crossing of J. L. Nehru Road and Park Street near Standard Chartered Bank, 31, Park Street from 17.00 hours on 02.09.2010 in support of General Strike to be held on 07.09.2010 called by Central Trade Unions, etc.

3. Information received indicates that the members and supporters of All India Central Council of Trade Unions have decided to hold a street corner meeting at B. B. D. Bag Traffic Island near the crossing of Netaji Subhas Road and Clive Row, Kolkata from 13.00 hours on 02.09.2010 in support of General Strike to be held on 07.09.2010 called by Central Trade Unions, etc.
